Imagine to spend an unforgettable day in the turquoise sea of one of the most famous places in the world: the island of Capri and the Amalfi Coast. The blue island – the island of Capri is so called - now boasts a renowned international tourism. The tourist season is very long, and it starts in March and ends in November.
Capri has a reputation with few equals in the world. Illustrious visitors such as Cocteau, Gide, Oscar Wilde, Picasso, Gorky etc, enjoyed their stay in Capri. That of Capri is a glory old of thousands of years: this island was chosen as a holiday resort by the Roman emperors and the ruins of the sumptuous villas still visible in Capri witness to its resplendent history. The typical profile of the island, with its blue-grey rock walls that rise steep to the sea, the lush vegetation, the mild climate and the famous little square (known as Piazzetta) crowded by night and by day, the small white houses and the fine shops make it one of the major tourist attractions of Campania and of the whole world. The waters of the sea have modelled the rocks with bizarre shapes and have dug caves of immortal beauty: Capri is a true gem modelled with unparalleled forms. The main center of the island is Capri town with the Marina Grande and the port. The other point of disembarkation is the tiny and lovely Marina Piccola, one of the most refined and popular locations of the island. While, located on the western side, is Anacapri with its charming houses and its spectacular views.

The Amalfi Coast, one of the most fascinating tourist spots of Campania and of all Italy, is a continuous wall of rocks broken only by the Valley of Tramonti arriving till to Maiori. There are many ways to appreciate the beauties of the place, but probably by sea everything looks more charming.
One of the pearls of the Amalfi Coast is Positano. Ancient fishing village, Positano is today one of the most popular and elegant seaside resorts in Italy. It is located in an exceptionally picturesque position, at the centre of the gulf. The houses are spread on the steep slopes of Monte Comune and Monte Sant'Angelo. Gardens and citrus groves introduce a note of green between the white of the houses, many of which retain the characteristic cubic form with their spherical vault. According to tradition, Positano was founded by the inhabitants of Paestum, refugees from their city that was destroyed by the Saracens. The inhabitants of Positano remained for some time vassals of the Badia, then they freed themselves and started to trade by sea rivalling the nearest and powerful Amalfi.

The private boat and its sailors will wait for You by the pier of Capri.

The boat rental with the sailors lasts 7 hours.

SUGGESTIONS: Take with you a little bottle of water, bathing costume, take camera, sun cream and sun hat. In low season warmer clothing may be required.
